freedom is slavery

tuesday - KOIN center holiday party. free food + booze. but wednesday morning, I have to work at KB from 5am to 10am, so I decided to skip the party, in favor of being absolutely fully rested for work, hauling heavy boxes for five hours(two trucks were due).
wednesday - 12am. get up to a message from work, the truck never came, is due on Friday when I now have to work. I skipped the party for nothing. argh!!!

thursday - koin, 5-11. we got ‘not another teen movie’ and with it, the E2 trailer. Stayed a bit later to watch the trailer, then headed home, to bed around midnight.

friday - got up at 4am, showered, and stumbled my way to Lloyd Center. at least it wasn’t raining as hard as thursday.
made it into the mall fine. there is no security in that place, I swear to god. I stood in front of KB doing a crossword for ten minutes waiting for someone to be there to let me in. I was due at 5, got there at 5:30, turns out I wasn’t supposed to be there til 6 but no one bothered to tell me they changed it. at least I didn’t show up at 5 like I was supposed to, or I’d have given up and gone home/to bed.
so I unloaded boxes for a few hours, then came home. ate some food. went to bed around 1pm.

got up at 3pm. went to work at the KOIN again, 5-11. I am now running on about six hours sleep in the last 36ish hours. I am going to bed. I am never doing this again.
