(long ago in a distant land called killingmachines.org, there was a community site called kmorg, that was popular with ‘the kids’, because they could keep ‘online journals’ and ‘interact’ with other ‘community members’ and whatnot. it was mostly my brother and his friends created and maintained it, (until the server exploded and it collapsed and never got rebuilt. shortly thereafter blogger, livejournal, and myspace became popular).

it was mostly me and my brothers, scott’s friends, a few random strangers like baka-oh, and a group of high school kids from gresham. after the collapse, baka started a new journal, we all got real websites and wordpress, and scott uploaded all my kmorg backposts into the new system.

this post references baka-oh, kmorg itself, fojar which was the name of the server, and dangerman from isometric. also, all your base. and my time at the koin. and that i was excitable at 2am.)

when Fojar Industries becomes the media giant that it must someday become, the first product of the animation studio will be the KMO animated sitcom, ‘Oh, Baka!’
it will chronicle the adventures of Baka-O as he attempts to make it through college, acheive enlightenment, drink away his troubles, and of course, score with japanese exchange students.
in order to hold interest(or rather, cater to the ever shortening attention span of the average dumb american), it will take a cue from digi-charat: each episode will be three minutes or less.
‘Oh, Baka!’ will be animated in Isometric style, perhaps forgoing the color and solid shapes of Iso for pure wireframe goodness. or not.
and we’ll have Iso characters guest star. I look forward to the Dangerman episodes.
baka-o - dude, they outlawed absinthe, like, a long time ago. if you drink too much you might die.
dangerman - who can say how much is too much? Can you?
baka-o - well, I’m guessing three and a half bottles puts you in the too much range.
dangerman - I fear it not! not even buzzed yet. try it, boy.
baka-o - hrrm…risk death or study for chem final… danger-o will try the poison nectar.

in other news, it’s mildly amusing that the front page is still talking about the lack of a formum feature.

this is all a product of being up late(oddly enough, 2am is late for me right now. I’ve been going to bed around 1 and getting up around noon the last couple days. normally, 2am is nothing, but I’m tired.) and eating too well at the KOIN tonight.

christine set up us the deli leftovers!
all her sandwich are belong to us!
