shaun of the dead is awesome, and ghost in the shell 2 was much better than i’d expected(ie it wasn’t just a bunch of flashy visuals, it was a great momoru oshii story too) but none of that matters any more. there’s an very strong possibility that the life aquatic with steve zissou will be one of the greatest movies of our time.
