improve my grammar
read up on the rules and remember whether i should use the apostrophe for the possessive its/it’s, and other small rules that i can never remember. i try to un-abbreviate for context, it’s becomes it is, but when i say something like bob’s/bobs car, it doesn’t look right without the apostrophe. i think it is, and i hate that i can never remember for sure.
write some comics
step one, real scripts, not just notes in a notebook. flesh things out and get a handle on which ones i want to do. start one of them. i forget step two, and step three, profit!
meet some single girls
i’m tired of only meeting people who are already in serious relationships.
keep losing the weight
helps with number 3, as well as generally feeling good, being active, and being alive in general.
learn to drive
and maybe get flexcar so i can go places.
go places
uncha this summer would be awesome, or the sdcc as i’ve been meaning to do for several years now. europe. japan. vancouver bc.
than just blogs and webcomics. the baroque cycle. national geographic. lovecraft. tesla’s autobiography. cool home deco/design books on amazon. the silmarillion.
spend wisely
not so much less, although putting money into the bank towards large purchases and rent and taxes and so on is not only a good plan, it’s going to prove vital to my survival this year.
but spend the money on things i need, not just on things i want. things that will improve my life. an exercycle. a cellphone. a pocket pc. better shoes. a waterproof bag. a set of the badass tupperware by rubbermaid with the blue rubber lids. some kind of plastic bin storage solution for my comics.

Yeah, I’ll just expand on what Scott said. Posessives always have apostrophes, EXCEPT for “it.”
For “it,” the easiest way to remember is that with an apostrophe, it’s a contraction - the apostrophe is replacing the “i” in “is,” much like the apostrophe in “doesn’t” replaces the “o” in “not.” Remember not to use this mnemonic for anything except “it.”
