i had four dollars in my account and i used it to buy ramen, bagels, and some tomatos. with peanut butter in my locker and home-made strawberry jam in the fridge at work, i could eat lunch this week. steal some of annie’s nuts and raisins and chocolate chips to make trail mix.

huzzah! flat broke but enough food to last til payday.

then mrs. stockman and annie’s friend layle(sp?) were visiting, and they bought dinner, and i ended up having pad thai for lunch on tuesday and cold pizza today. barely even touched my groceries. one of those weeks.

then today i found $10 on the sidewalk.
